Liquid Hub (2013) - Contract Consultant - Senior Technical Analyst
Responsible for analyzing and providing recommendations for a national retail chain’s wish list and baby registry line
of business. Created multiple SOA-based models using TOGAF9 and SOA-patterns incorporating legacy systems and
next-generation registry operations. Researched existing competitive market and paired SOA components to market-
trending web presentations for wish list services. Analyzed the existing monolithic application with build-in RDBMS

EnGenius (2009-2011) Contract Consultant -CIO Advisory Services, Technology Lifecycle Management
CIO advisor for the optimization of IT resources (desktops, laptops, storage, network). Studied the CIO’s domain
identifying five key opportunity areas to defer and lower capital and operational expenses at the rate of $3.2MM a
year. Designed proof-of-concept lifecycle management systems, extending the useful life cycle from 36 months to 60
months using a strategic parts replacement and Microsoft license extension approach. Deferred capital expenditures
of $1.6MM for additional storage space by evaluating the utilization of existing resources and redefining RAID
strategies for key applications. In support of the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s data center consolidation strategy,
evaluated all software tools and licenses to assist in deciding which software suites had overlapping functionality.
Software suites with overlapping and non-value added features were identified and submitted to the CIO for executive
decision.
Hitachi Consulting (2005-2008) - National Director, Communications, Media & Entertainment

Executed a migration within 120 days of 500,000 high-speed cable subscribers from an outsourced provider saving the
MSO from losing internet subscribers. Executed the migration of over 400 Windows, Linux and VMware servers with

one shift. Migrated 5MM directory listings to AIX reducing search time by 63% and call taker position by 20%,
saving the operating company over $5MM a year. Lead designer for TCP/IP networks supporting 411 operations for

operations procedures (SOP) for 411 and 911 systems.
