• Administered 7 benefits programs including health, dental, insurance, and 401k; worked with benefit vendors;
maintained benefits on vendor sites
• Maintained employee information in HRIS system (HRB); entered and terminated all information; generated

• Executed many facets of a 40% reduction in force; coordinated all separation packets, closed out employee
benefits and compensation files; handled COBRA administration
