- 04/13 to 09/13 - Fabrication of offshore and subsea equipment at facility
in Channelview, Texas on Houston Ship Channel for Gulf of Mexico placements
and international oil and gas operations.
CFO - Contract Assignment - Louisiana - 01/13 to 02/13 - provide accounting
and financial leadership to troubled specialty construction firm in order
to complete annual financial statements. Work with outside auditors to
complete annual review with clean report and work with primary bank to
renew operating line of credit.
Vice President Finance - Texas Gulf Energy, Inc. - Houston, Texas - 02/12
to 12/12 - TGE is a publically traded diversified EPC organization. Lead
the financial program including accounting, finance, risk management, and
information technology for the organization as part of the executive team
partnering with the CEO and President. Startup organization. Installed MS
Dynamics SL as ERP.
Vice President & Controller - Brock Services, Ltd. - Houston, Texas -
11/09 to 02/12 - The Brock Group is a privately held national industrial
construction services organization. Manage all financial related activities
for the largest operating unit with annual revenues in excess of $600
million and 11,000 employees through four regional offices and controllers.
Areas of responsibility include: financial reporting, operational analysis,
general ledger management, closing process, account reconciliations,
accounts payable management, accounts receivable management, cash
management, internal controls, systems development, external financial
audits, developing talent, team building, forecasting, budgeting,
development of expansion strategies, asset management, and contract
management. ERP was CGC.
Vice President Finance - IES Commercial, Inc. - Houston, Texas - 09/08 to
09/09 - publically traded national electrical construction firm. Manage the
multi-functional financial program for the Commercial Division of the
company with annual revenues in excess of $500 million through regional
financial managers. Responsibilities included managing the Shared Services
Center for the entire company; financial reporting and operating analysis;
general ledger, account reconciliation and closing management; SOX
compliance and external audits; strategic goals and objectives including
forecasting and budgeting; team building and leadership. Foster the shared

Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer - McGarvey Development
Company - Fort Myers, Florida - 08/06 to 08/08 - privately held commercial
and residential real estate development and construction firm specializing
in luxury homes and class A office buildings and facilities for greater
southwest Florida. CFO for this highly leveraged $250 million operation.
Responsibilities included leading the treasury, accounting, insurance,
information technology, and human resource programs within the organization
including over thirty affiliated companies, joint ventures and
partnerships. ERP was Timberline.

Privately held construction firm operating nationwide specializing in
turnarounds for chemical, petrochemical and refinery plants. Served as
chief financial officer leading a staff of eighteen to manage the financial
