Position: Instrument Operations Discipline Advisor. Discipline Capability

department.

Develop Technicians to deliver safe, reliable and compliant operation.

Hiring Manager: Interview and hire potential technicians for BP Azerbaijan

(about 100 local and expat candidates per year).

Line Manager (Supervisor): Line Manager of Post Foundation Technicians and

coaches -around 35 men.

Internal Verifier: Coach and Verify Competent Technicians and provide

assessor role. Periodically Hold Narrative and Face to face Verification

within BP Azerbaijan and Georgia facilities. Maintain consistent competency

in AGT. Participate to Gateway Interview of contractors (trainers) to
