PROJECT MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the
facility as assigned by the Director of Operations and as the contract
specifications demand. The following are responsibilities required of
the Project Manager position. We believe that for us to be successful
and deliver the high Quality Performance that we promise, we start with a
good team with the important piece of a Project Manager and his
Supervisors.
The Project Manager is responsible for scheduling of personnel according to
the total hours allocated to the facility.
The Project Manager is responsible for assigning the daily, weekly and
monthly tasks as indicated on the specifications.
The Project Manager is responsible for inspecting quality control of all
assignments during all working hours.
The Project Manager is responsible for all "Monthly Safety Topics" training
to reinforce that working safely is an important part of Federal Building's
job operation.
The Project Manager is responsible for maintaining proper inventory control
of supplies and materials needed for the cleaning program. Record all
purchases in a monthly log to ensure it is within the budgeted controls.
The Project Manager is responsible for monitoring all equipment and ensures
that all is in working condition and coordinate repairs with the Repair
Coordinator in the Corporate Office.
The Project Manager is responsible for all proper training on equipment and
Material Safety Data Sheets.
The Project Manager is responsible on monitoring time cards and reporting
time schedules to ensure proper pay to personnel and send in time cards and
timesheets on a monthly basis to the Corporate Office.
The Project Manager is responsible for all interviews, hiring, employee
orientation, disciplinary actions and terminations. Also to ensure proper
uniform policy, for example, all uniforms provided must be worn clean and
be in neat appearances which is a requirement by Federal and the client.

Management logging all requests with approvals from corporate, walking
facility with Property Operations and/or attending staff meetings, but
always maintaining an open communication policy.
