processes in all positions, flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead. I was also the instructor for the
adult program which was a little more advanced to the point of certification. My program had a
very strong curriculum on welding technique, heat, speed and angles. I have become very good
at speaking to large numbers. I learned very good communication skills as an instructor.
