Director Facility Operations (June 2017 to May 2019)

Directed more than 140 employees within the Union Pacific Cold Connect (refrigerated) warehouse with annual budget of $50M. Enhanced facility with safety initiatives, reducing insurance premiums and introduced lean operating strategies to minimize cost while maximizing efficiency.
