Worked as shift Instrument Technician in Binani(Goa Glass Fiber Ltd).Attended Relining and Shut down jobs of oxyglass furnace related with instrumentation maintenance.

Worked for EICO COMPANY (E.C.R Fiberglass Manufacture Company) in Saudi Arabia (jubail-1) as Instrument Foreman since August 2012 till March 2018 and with technology provider done the commissioning, installation, process related calibration, loop checking with circuit diagram, PLC I/O field wiring etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES AS FOLLOWING:

Carries out Management System procedure, preventive maintenance of plant equipment repair, installation and commissioning of electronic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical works associated with all instrumentation and control also inhouse calibration of instrument.

Follow the instructions maintenance procedure and the permit to work system, undertaking breakdown calls and routine plant maintenance.

Receives work assignments from supervisor and works either independently or with the assistance of Fitters and Helpers/Laborers as required, which involve duties like installation, modification, commissioning, and planned maintenance related with plant process.

Independently evaluates, diagnoses, and rectifies faults on complex electronics and pneumatic instrumentation and control systems, having due regard to the possible safety and process shutdown considerations.

Checks and evaluates information obtained from technical manuals and engineering drawings, analyses problems using circuit diagrams and wiring drawings.

Provides theoretical and practical instrument training for less experienced personnel, including junior technicians and fitters.

Complies with all company safety regulations and also participated in safety programs, housekeeping audits and remedial work.
