Having extensive ground up and detailed oriented retail construction, I was hired to take over all field operations of Severn Valley Baptist Church of Elizabethtown, Kentucky - 40,000 sq. ft. - $20,000,000 theater type structure, which was approximately 40% erected and almost 18 months into construction upon me accepting the project. My goal/schedule was to secure a Certificate of Occupancy by mid November, which I successfully achieved. Currently Visioneering does not have projects in the southeastern United States.

In addition to daily on site supervision of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with regard to plans and specifications and the authorities having jurisdiction, my scope of work involves scheduling, material take-offs and pricing. I work closely with the architects and designers formulating and expediting change orders to achieve the product the owners want and need.

I was hired as a field superintendent because of my diversified experience in many aspects of ground up construction, i.e., post tension and on-grade slabs, CMU and poured in-place concrete walls, steel and pre-stressed concrete roof systems, rough framing (both metal and wood), finish carpentry, etc. Additionally, I supervised numerous retail retro-fit projects. Having worked all over the southeast United States, I am well versed in the ever changing code requirements of each municipality and the importance of implementing them.
The ground up projects ranged from $200,000 to $30 million.
Due to the economic downturn, Sequoyah Limited, LLC dissolved their company and ceased all construction related projects.

Supervised construction of the Hokkaido Ski Resort. I was responsible for hiring and organizing craftsmen to erect and complete panelized construction of a chapel, hotel and two cottages. Additionally, I instructed Japanese tradesman in the techniques of practical application with regard to American construction methods.
