Assist the providers with their on-call schedule; Make sure there is proper coverage for all providers if a MA would be out of the office; Take sick calls and PTO requests; Make sure the clinic is stocked properly with all supplies needed; order supplies; Monitor and oversee the MA’s work and proficiency; Float and assist other clinics with their go live of EPIC as well as coverage for additional providers; Take patient complaint calls; Keep all standing orders and vaccine information updated as well as share any updated policies provided from leadership; Organize and update the MDI (Management of Daily Improvement) Board for daily huddles.

Currently enrolled in classes and have about 10 months to complete the course. Finish the general requirements for the AA program. Taking classes such as Psychology, English, Math, and Sociology.
