Project management by coordination with contractors, consultant/Architect, Suppliers and with company management.

Planning with bar chart, bar binding schedule.

Execution and quality control

Estimating and billing, verification of contractor’s bill.

Re-conciliation of payment and material.

Supervision and close monitoring work Under progress of Villas, Independent floors, sewerage/storm/water supply line, road work Paver work,Land Escaping,Gate plaza etc.
