Production Planning & Control

Overseeing production related tasks including planning, control, maintenance & troubleshooting: Setting up production targets of small size packs (Baby Carton) of frozen whole fillets, steaks, Portions, loin and cubes: overseeing raw material procurement up to final product loading.

Ensuring proper handling of products by workers, stock maintenance, product quality and workers hygiene, managing the maintenance of yield consistently and cold room stock of finished products On daily basis, troubleshooting process problems and elimination of causes for non-conforming Products.
