Carry-on all responsibilities related to supervision / consultancy of commissioning / O & M for Manfouha WWTP sludge dewatering systems.
• Manage commissioning and start-up activities of MEP Division and maintain technical standards.
• Supervise all commissioning and start-up activities for all decanting systems (Sludge pumps + polymer preparation units decanter / centrifuge machine + sludge inclined conveyor + Sludge Silos).

Commissioning, O&M Manager / Deputy project manager ISCC (Integrated Solar Combined Cycle Power Plant) / 120+20 MW – Kuraymat – Egypt – World bank loan to NREA ( New & Renewable Energy Association)
Carry on all responsibilities related to construction, commissioning / Operation of the ISCC (Integrated Solar Combined Cycle Power Plant) which is considered as the first solar power project using parabolic trough technology in the Middle East.
Construction: ( 30 Months Period )
• Representing EPC contractor in all engineering, technical and financial meeting with owner and consultant.
• Obtaining approvals of all engineering drawings, material submittals, process calculations and all needed approvals during the construction phase.
• Supervision of all construction / installation works related to the solar power plant including all related equipment for such plant. (SCAs, SCEs, HTF Pumps, Heat exchangers, HTF vessels etc) till preliminary handover / CAS (construction acceptance certificate).
• Coordination between all project parties (main / EPC contractor and subcontractor / technology provider, Owner and consultant) in all engineering works.
• Maintain safe work according to HSE guidelines.
Commissioning & Reliability: (12 Months period)
• Follow up all pre-commissioning / commissioning / reliability tests, ensuring successful procedures according to the contractual / client specifications and standards.
• Procedure of loop efficiency test for whole plant (loop by loop test using mobile test unit) according to the contractual / client specifications and standards.
• Analyze all technical issues/obstacles related to commissioning / process and provide technical solutions.
• Evaluate commissioning/ process tests results related to performance of all solar power plant units and equipment.
• Obtaining approvals of all commissioning and reliability tests for each equipment, and for the whole plant till CAT (Commissioning Acceptance Certificate).
• Maintain safe work according to HSE guidelines.

• Follow up operation of the solar plant, ensuring the performance/efficiency is fulfilling all contractual obligations.
• Prepare/ manage O&M schedule and arrange any needed resources.
• Evaluate performance of each equipment individually.
• Prepare maintenance/operation schedule and performance reports to be submitted to the client on daily /weekly / monthly basis.
