Working as a Customer Support Specialist interacting with different customers on daily basis.

As a Customer Support helping customer in selecting their products sold in our store.

Finalizing the deals with the customers on daily basis including invoice collection for cash/Card transactions.

Helping customers in their return/refund process as per the company policy.

Managing the inventory level and ordering when stock is low.
