Project Manager – Connex Telecommunications, Toronto, ON March 2018 – Present Manages IT projects of various sizes by applying project management tools and methodologies.
Manages, schedules and organizes an average of 5 projects simultaneously, with budgets ranging between $300K to $1M; implements new solutions and applications, such as IVR and Chat while working with Genesys, Avaya and Verint.
