oProject implementation involving engineering, procurement of materials and construction of 2 story housing project from start to completion.
oConstruction Project - Enbridge South Edmonton Terminal Tank project – $300 M heavy civil works and site preparation project. Developed, prepared and finalized a baseline construction schedule loaded with construction man-hours estimates, equipment hours and estimated quantities. Updated the construction schedule every 2 weeks period based on weekly accomplishment from the site. This contract was under Roevin Technical People and for assignment to Sureway Construction Group from July 2013 – December 2013. Developed, prepared and finalized a baseline and current construction schedules for heavy civil earthworks and site preparation for the project. Loaded the construction man-hours, equipment hours, quantities and cost values into the schedules for updating the report every 2 weeks periods based from the field % progress accomplishments. This work contract is between F & R Projects and Roevin Technical People for work assignment with Sureway Construction Group from July 2013 to December 2013.
oFEED Phase, Dawson Liquid Extraction Facility Project at BC, Canada. Developed, prepared, finalized a baseline FEED engineering schedule loaded with engineering and construction hours and quantities by all discipline. Updated and monitored this project from the starting date up to completion of the FEED phase. This $575 EPC project is under Spectra Energy Corporation from July 2012 – February 2013. Developed, prepared and finalized a baseline and current Level 3 EPC schedules for this project for monitoring and updating of the current schedules vs. the baseline schedule on a weekly accomplishments from the engineering deliverables. The schedule is also showing milestone dates, procurement of equipment, equipment requisition, the delivery dates of equipment showing links to construction phase of the job. The progress accomplishments in the project is also reflected in the engineering and construction S-Curves including the cost expenditures as per cost codes, by area and by the disciplines. Submitted a periodic analysis of the engineering schedule showing the variances and % progress accomplishment as compared with the baseline schedule.
oEPCM Project - Kearl Phase 2 Expansion Project – a $7 Billion dollars EPC project, the construction management by Fluor Canada Corporation. This project had an estimated construction man-hours of 10 Million man-hours, loaded into the schedule to produce the manpower histogram and the overall construction S-Curves and individual construction S-Curves showing in 10 individual areas such as Forth Treatment Plant, Mining/Earthworks and Site Preparation, Extraction Facility, Hydro-transport and Tailings, Tank Farms, Interconnecting Pipelines, Utilities and Offsite, OP and Infrastructures. This work contract is between F & R Projects Inc. and Noramtec for work assignment with Fluor Canada from September 2011 to June 1012.
oEPCM Projects - Engineering, procurement and construction of 150 MW capacity, a $475 Million dollar value, closed cycle gas turbine power plant project of Sherritt International to be constructed at Jaro, Cuba. Developed, prepared and finalized a baseline EPC schedule for the project loaded with engineering, procurement and construction man-hours. Loaded the construction with 10 million construction hours in the schedule, produced the manpower histogram, construction S-Curve showing milestone dates for mechanical completion. Updated the EPC schedule every week showing the % progress completion in each of the EPC phases. This contract was done between F & R Projects and Design Group Staffing Inc. from Sept 2010 to Sept 2011.ell Pads, Pumping Stations
oEPC Project - Engineering and procurement phase of MSF Slurry Facility project of Suncor and also provide technical support for the construction phase of the project. Prepared the construction activities for the project and connected linkage with the engineering and procurement activities to meet the milestone date for the mechanical completion of MSF Slurry Facility. Assigned to work as Project Planner/Scheduler for the Petro-Canada and Worley Parsons Alliance for the handling of various engineering and wells drilling projects including the construction of compressor facility and pipelines. This work contract had happened from February 2007 to July 2009. Worked in the construction phase of Suncor’s Stage 3 Fire Bag Wells Pads Project and the above ground 36” Gathering Lines and Pumping Stations and the 36” Gathering Lines from August 2009 to August 2010.
oWorked for the construction pre-planning schedules of Suncor’s MCU Sulphur Plant from the fabrication of various modules up to the future pre-commissioning and start-up operations cycle of the project from Jan 2004 to December 2004.
oWorked for the Aker Kvaerner project in the construction of Tosco Polypropylenes Plant from mere 45% progress completion progress and achieving a 98% progress completion from February 2001 to August 2002.
oWorked in the engineering design and construction of Conda Project including the construction of Acid Scrubber Plant up to the commissioning phase of the project.
oWorked in an EPC Project for the Bantrel Inc. from September 1997 to December 1999 related to the DBM, FEED, detailed engineering design and construction of Suncor’s Plant 52, DCU/DRU. This job also includes early start of site preparation and early construction works of Suncor’s Coker Plant.
