I have been a physical therapist for over 18 years and I am passionate about giving quality care to every patient I evaluate and treat as I enjoy making a difference in other people’s lives. I have predominantly worked in outpatient orthopedics but I have grown a fondness for Homecare especially in the assisted living settings. I contribute my success to open communication with family, doctors and caregivers to enstill a team approach in rehab. My specialties are in neuromuscular re-education, muscle energy, myofascial/soft tissue mobilization, peripheral and spinal mobilization, post-operative rehab, Mckenzie Approach, Norwegian Approach, pain modalities, relaxation techniques, transfer/gait training, balance strategies, home assessment and safety, assistive device needs and modification, Dementia/Memory care, Fall prevention strategies.
