Project: Customer outbound contact application development. Description: Customer Contact system – Aims at developing and enhancing customer contact software used for contacting the customer for their health care plans and needs using various communication channel like sms, phone, mail, live agent and push notifications. As part of the project multiple campaigns are setup to contact customers according to their time zone for their prescription, Refill, Renewal, doctor authorization order processing etc. Responsibilities:

Involved in developing a REST API with Springboot for the source system to load, update and obtain status of patient records that are sent for prescription refill remainder call.

Configuring the required Outbound configuration like creating the Table access, Calling list, Campaign group, agent group, Treatments etc.

Creates new batch process and set up Genesys campaigns.

Perform code optimization to enhance the application performance.

Maintain JIRA for project status tracking, bug tracking system and work flows.

Work in agile methodology, involving daily scrum meetings, sprint meetings (planning, review and retro) to meet project deadlines.

Creating the Database queries and stored procedures according to the requirement
