Helping HR team leads and managers in accomplishing HR-related tasks

Involves in documenting terminations, absences, performance reports, compensation, and benefits information

Sources and attracts candidates through various channels and build a pipeline of candidates for key or high volume roles

Assist in the performance management process

Build-up training and development programs to the employees

Interview scheduling for the shortlisted candidates with managers

Ensuring background and reference checks are completed

Preparing letters such as offer letter, appointment letter and general agreement documents

Downloading the reports for Canadian cheques and wires (EFT). Application and research on Canadian cheques and wires

Reconciliation of different Lockbox data like US, Canadian and Mexican Reports.

Interacting with clients and collections team for reduction of unapplied and unidentified payments.

Diligently following cash applications metrics – Turn Around Time and Accuracy.
