-Responsible for compensation and commission payment accuracy for FIS sales reps, salesmanagers and Vice Presidents for 180 employees in USA, EMEA, LATAM and APAC regions. Eachsales staff has their individual commission rates and bonus in their compensation plan with tierlevels.
