Business Analyst / Data Manager – Not-For-Profit, Hudson Valley area, NY April 2016 – April 2017

This not-for-profit organization received a government grant for self-improvement, with which this one-year data manager position was created.

• Dramatically improved quality, details, and employee usage (over 40%), and innovated electronic reporting via Oracle SQL programming and development, Excel, Pentaho report writer, and more.

o This directly assisted a dramatic increase in billing accuracy and efficiency, and various government and other grant increases (431%, 6% total revenue increase).

• Liaison between non-IT supervisors, IT department, executive management, and two 3rd party IT companies.

o Participated in and contributed to executive committees dealing with various operations and IT concerns and projects, directly assisting with or cause of success of projects.
