Project Manager
•Manage the design, specification, cost, construction and commissioning of capital
improvement projects.
•Prepare tendering documents, review and comment on bid packages to ensure
design adequacy and constructability.

Summit Casing Equipment Fort Worth, TX October 2015-January 2017
Mechanical Engineer
•Developed Summit’s first in house Multiple Stage Cementing Tool and Running Accessories. Designed, drafted, sourced components, and assembled the first 2 tools in 4 months time. Prototype testing and field trials were successful on the first attempt. Over 100 tools were run successfully during my tenure with zero failures attributed to tool malfunction.
•Responsible for new part number creation, existing part number improvements, product testing, manufacturing support, and field incident investigations for both Float Equipment and Stage Tools.
•Responsible for creating new CAD models, prints, ratings, and customer spec sheets for all assigned new part number/design requests.
•Performed FEA studies for several different manufacturing and production projects.
•Designed, sourced, and implemented the design for a new Stage Tool Assembly Area that included custom designed vise stands and an air testing device to insure tool integrity prior to shipping.

Development Engineer
•Weatherford Cementing Products Global Sustaining Engineering- Multi-Stage Cementing Tools.
•Responsible for new part number creation in Windchill, existing part number improvements through Sustaining Engineering Projects, product testing and rating, provide support to manufacturing by providing dispositions to Non-Conformance Reports, assist Applications Engineering with field incident investigations, and provide support Globally for Weatherford Multi-Stage Cementing Tools.
•Work with vendors to reduce costs and improve current Multi-Stage Cementing Tool designs and materials.
•Update and create technical documents relevant to Weatherford Multi-Stage Cementing Tools, such as Assembly Procedures, Running Procedures, Manufacturing Check Lists, Custom Material Specifications, and all other required Technical Engineering Documents.
•Conduct frequent Finite Elemental Analysis’ on all Cementation Products supported by the Weatherford Schriever, LA Sustaining Engineering Team.
•Create numerous MathCad files to calculate any required burst, collapse, tensile, torque, thread strength, shear strength, fluid dynamics, differential pressure, and/or any other required engineering calculations.
•Traveled to Abu Dhabi, UAE to train the Weatherford MENA Engineering Group on Stage Tool part number creation.
•Provide daily Sustaining Engineering support to Weatherford Manufacturing, Operations, Applications Engineering, Internal and External Customers, as well as outside Customers and Vendors through emails, phone calls, and personal interaction.
