Coordinated/completed plant change out of signs, PPE working with Stores and Buyers both at Paducah and Oak Ridge.

Coordinated Urinalysis Program with Health Physics to be computerized (won an award).

Along with two Unions (PACE & UPGWA) created Safety and Health Suggestion and Concern Program where we expanded program to Paducah, KY’s plant to resolve Safety and Health issues at the jobsite with union/management coordination.

Program responsibilities include: Fall Protection Program, Fall Protection Equipment Inspection Program, OSHA Facility Inspection Program, Safety and Health Suggestion and Complaint Program.

Coordinated plant’s OSHA monthly facility inspection, follow up on issues for close out with management and union officials.

Worked with Security in Accident Investigation and Lessons Learned through Tap Root Training Guideline.

Held Safety Meetings in the field as well as with new plant employees, sub-contractors, etc.

Was responsible for several hazardous facilities as safety rep in the field, climbed cranes, wrote work permits, attended pre-job briefings.

Wrote new procedures and revised procedures for Electrical, Instrument and Mechanical Maintenance.

First person PCR qualified under NRC for Maintenance Division. Later PCR qualified for Emergency Management Organization.
