As the company is a chemical one, it has to falls under the Factory Act 1948, and there are employees As well as laborers working. So, according to the act what all provisions are to be provided to the employees & laborers is included &

ROLL STRESS AND ITS IMPACT ON ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE" This project is based on STRESS-AND ITS IMPACT ON ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE for the four banks, in which two were private banks named HDFC bank and AXIS bank and two were public banks named State Bank Of India and Canara Bank. It includes the comparison of level of stress among the middle level employees between private banks and public banks. Moreover it includes among the stress how employees have to achieve their targets and how their health is affected because of stress, shows the situation of employees within the organization with stress.
