Responsible for identifying opportunities and developing business plans. I developed promotional calendars for the main retail customers, with a gain of 3.5% market share in 12 months.
I have conducted several studies and insights regarding the sales and consumer channels to define strategies and plans (value proposition, execution guidelines, merchandising materials), as well as platforms to enhance the results of the sales team.
