• Initially responsible for client acquisitions and recruitments at mid- senior levels servicing clients in these sectors/functions- FMCG, Manufacturing, Sales

& Marketing and HR.

• Subsequently moved to the Contract staffing business handling HR management, reward management and employee on-boarding for key accounts to whom Ma Foi deputed Sales, business support, IT and HR personnel.

• Individual key accounts had deputes/contract employees numbering anywhere between 50 – 150, which meant handling HR transactions, issues, rewards and payroll for a pool of between 600-800 employees at any given point.

• Strongly involved with marketing Psychometric Assessments and on HR consulting assignments involving Assessment Centers.
