MIS Preparation with emphasis on Manufacturing Usage Variances, Packing Usage Variances, Filling losses, Energy variances, Labour, Price Variance.

Responsible for Annual Budget and Monthly/Quarterly Revisions Exercises.

Responsible for Month End Closing Activity and Deliverables.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all accrual provisioning on every month end.

Preparation of FFOH (Fixed Factory Overhead) Report & share the same with related departments.

Preparation of Balance Sheet.

Preparation of Profit & Loss Account.

Regular analysis Factory Cost of Production.

Nestle` South-Asia Region Losses Benchmarking.

Co-coordinating with Production & R&D team for development of new products and conducting the trials on time and as per trial guidelines.

Review GRIR process on regular basis and ensure to minimize line items for Pantnagar Factory.

Assigned as Head of 1 Production Phase for tackling all financial and stock related issues.

Member of Decision Support Mechanism to Production Department.

Responsible for Weekly Monthly Physical stock take and final reconciliation.

Responsible for on time send all the Deliverable to HO.

Plant Accountant function:

Participate in production DOR (Daily Operation Review) on regular basis.

Prepare daily check list of Production Process Order’s & follow up with production for the same.

Prepare weekly MIS and discussed the same in production WOR (Weekly Operation Review) so that take the action on time for high loss/variances.

Visit the processing area on regular basis and feedback given to F&C and Plant manager on time.

Co-ordination with production department for timely completion of production process orders.

“Process orders accuracy.”

“Create backup for costing super user”

“How to work on Excel”
