Recruitment:-

Selecting resumes using company mail, data bases, job portal advertisements, manpower agencies and employee referrals.

Receiving the Man Power Requirement, finalizing the Job Description and Specification by discussing with hiring managers

Taking care of joining formalities for the new hires.

Processing Exit Interviews Questionnaire & No dues documents for Clearance on the basis of resignations get back the ID card, Access card.

Processing Full and Final Settlement for the resigned employee.

Policies & Processes

Hands on experience in designing & defining policies & processes for multiple Organizations.

Training and Development:-

Assessing the training needs for employees at all levels, Strategizing & Planning for the Training & Development calendar for employees – Annual Calendar. Ensuring that employees have been nominated & trained as per the training calendar. Ensuring for 100% trained staff on the shop floor. Designing the Refresher Training Module and collecting feedback system for corrective and initiative system.

Wage & Salary Administration / Compensation Management:-

Designing & defining Salary Structure (Min – Median – Max) through benchmarking & linking it to the Job levels & Job Bands, suggesting the compensation & benefit structure as per the IT & Non-IT rules. Designing various Incentive and Benefit Schemes and executing the gratuity benefits to the employees

Performance Management:-

Compliance of Form 21 & 22 half-yearly & Annual Returns (The Tamil Nadu Factory Rule 1950), Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act etc

Timely filing of all returns under Factories Act and other various relevant Acts.

ESIC uploading the challans and filling of returns

PF uploading the challans and filing of returns and handling of PF claim settlement, transfer, etc.

Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition:-

Designing and executing monthly Employee Engagement activities to get relief from work stress.

Addressing Employee grievances/concerns and guiding employees as per the organisation’s policies and standard operating procedures.
