I started as a Jr. Estimator and 3 weeks later the Sr. Estimator quit and I was able to fill his position. When I started estimating for Unique Plastering, they were doing approx. $900k gross revenue mostly residential. We did $1.5 million the following year with 60% of that Multi-unit and Commercial. When I left in 2005 we were doing $5 million gross revenue a year 80% Multi-unit, Mixed-use and Commercial. This is where I had the opportunity to develop and fine tune my Marketing, Estimating and Managing skills.
