A professional computer programmer with 30+ years experience in Systems Analysis, Application Programming, and Systems Problem Solving. I have extensive experience with both online and batch processes written using Cobol, Cobol II, and MVS/Cobol on the Mainframe. The database structures include the hierarchical IBM/IMS databases and relational IBM/DB2 data structures. Most of the programming was done using Cobol, but some DYL280 was also used, primarily to extract or interrogate data.

The library functions used include Panvalet, ChangeMan, and Endevor. A lot of the analysis was done using the IBM Filemanager, Fileaid, Intertest, and Xpediter. Also SPUFI, QMF, DBMAUI, and even DYL280 were used in working with the relational data on DB2 databases. My core competencies include Cobol & DYL280 for the mainframe, and a good working knowledge of the Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Visio.
