**/** – 01/19 Security Engineer, Bemis Company, Inc. (Teksystems Contractor) Colorado Springs, CO

Completed Bemis Manufacturing Isolation project which involved isolating all Manufacturing Devices at North American sites from the rest of the Bemis network, while preserving connectivity to Engineers, Monitoring equipment, outside vendors/support, etc.,

and without disruption to active manufacturing. This involved configuring Policy based routing and ACL rules on Cisco Layer 3 switches and Routers. The 2018 project plan was to complete 10 sites by end of the year. I redesigned the procedure Bemis had been using the past 2 years and completed the project in 4 months (early June). This allowed me to complete 5 additional sites and retrofit 13 sites (completed in previous years) to comply with the new standards and procedures. As part of the project, I configured and with onsite assistance installed

30 Cisco Firepower devices to be used as passive scans in order to obtain traffic reports prior to Isolation and to use for packet captures for troubleshooting if necessary.

09/15 - 06/17 Security Engineer, Ebay (APEX Contractor) Colorado Springs, CO

Responsible for Firewall security (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX). Lead on Ebay Ft. Knox

lockdown, protection of Personal Customer Information. Was able to quickly come up to speed navigating Ebay's large, complex environment utilizing their homegrown tools re: security zones, zoning policies, firewall policies/practices, change approval processes, etc. Wrote my own shell scripts to expedite ticket process and to audit the Ft. Knox firewall policies.

05/08 – 3/15 Network Engineer, Avago/LSI Corporation Colorado Springs, CO

Responsible for LAN/WAN/SECURITY support. Converted Corporate B2B applications from Teros to

F5 BIP-IP, which entailed corporate-wide Cisco WAN/LAN and Palo Alto/Juniper Firewall reconfiguration. Support of four F5 HA pairs at three U.S. sites providing access to SAP, B2B, Disaster Recovery, Agile and LSI Internal applications. Sole network support for COS facility ( over 500 employees ), 10 LABs, Data Center, Finance/Payroll, Cisco VOIP, Aerohive wireless APs and 4000+ LAN connections. Planned and implemented replacement of 9 Cisco VPN 3000s with Cisco ASAs, supporting over 1000 employee/contractor/business partner VPN connections. Recommended and installed Network Instruments sniffer tools for remote probe network troubleshooting at U.S./International locations. Saved LSI over $4 million by identifying and resolving RFC issues between Engineering FPGAs, SRX and Palo Alto Firewalls. Using remote Probes, resolved numerous issues in locations such as India, England, Singapore and throughout the U.S.

10/02 – 05/08 Network Analyst, El Paso County Government Colorado Springs, CO

Converted the County's flat, bridged Cisco/Cabletron/DEC network to a routed, redundant Cisco network, with 10gig backbone trunks, utilizing OSPF, VLANs, HSRP and Uplinkfast. The network consisted of approximately 50 locations, connected via 150 Cisco devices configured with 70 VLANs, 50 HSRP groups, supporting approximately 3000 end user devices. Supported connections to numerous outside vendors and agencies (State, City, Law Enforcement) via Cisco Switches/Routers/Firewalls.

12/84 – 11/01 Network Engineer, LSI Corporation Colorado Springs, CO

Responsible for implementation and support of LSI/COS Cisco LANs, Nortel PBX, Octel Voicemail and cabling plant. Completed upgrade from Cabletron to Cisco LAN while maintaining 100% uptime for the 24 x 7 Semiconductor manufacturing plant, engineers and other support personnel.

Worked jointly with LSI personnel to implement a corporate dialing plan utilizing Nortel PBXs and Cisco Routers to pass internal calls over the LSI ATM WAN. Supported the dialing plan and Octel Voicemail for two LSI/Colorado sites (approximately 700 users).

Prior to the LSI purchase of Symbios, was responsible for design and support of Symbios WAN, LAN and Remote Access networks. The Symbios network encompassed 8 Colorado facilities, 8 U.S. sales offices and 5 International sites.

Received "Outstanding Field Sales Support" award for the Symbios WAN upgrade, the first ever awarded to the IT organization. Received the award again the following year for taking over sole support and transitioning the network from AT&T to Symbios support following the sale of our division.

Responsible for Data Center operations including System Management (VAX & SUN), Production Scheduling, WAN/LAN networking, Email, network and system security. Responsible for Data Center budget and maintaining software/hardware contracts. Completely automated 2nd and 3rd shift processing by rewriting VAX DCL code to run unattended.
