The scope of the project is to computerize the 12 Electrical Circles of Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board consisting of 24 Division 128 Sub Divisions (for more than 15 Lac Consumers across Himachal Pradesh) by establishment of DATA Centre, Call Centre, Central Cash Collection Centers and Payment KIOSK.

Computerization of various business processes like billing, customer relationship Management (CRM), energy accounting/auditing and electrical network management etc. to ensure accurate assessment of energy bills, to improve revenue realization, for accurate assessment of both technical and commercial energy losses and to improve the customer relationship management. This IT initiative has been aimed to improve the overall profitability of the organization and to improve the customer satisfaction by adopting the latest IT tools.
