- Expedite outstanding purchase orders to ensure on time delivery / collections
- Update the purchase order notepad regarding any feedback from suppliers
Weekly:
- Send out Back Order Reports to all suppliers with outstanding orders – update notepads / order dates.
- Supervisor if non-compliance
- Provide Supervisor with confirmed values that can be invoiced for the month for relevant branches
