Description of your work: The first two (2) years as Consultant/Associate, Project Manager of LEARNTECH eXCELS, an Action Research Project implemented initially in the Philippines, Cambodia and Vietnam, which was a deliberate redirection and innovation of SEAMEO INNOTECH’s training program delivery from fully face-to-face, to blended and fully-online competency-based learning/training for school heads.
