Voya Investment Management, the asset management arm of Voya Financial (NYSE: VOYA) manages approximately $213 billion in assets across fixed income, equities, and private equity (as of 1Q2019).

Designed and produced a broad range of client-facing marketing materials for print and web.

Kept the editorial and production cycles on schedule for weekly, monthly, and quarterly publications.

Slashed the time required to update the company web site with quarterly data over 50%.

Wrote the “Letter from the CEO” for a quarterly flagship client publication, and provided additional writing support as needed.

Devised a content management procedure for fact sheet production at no cost to the company by using Microsoft Office more effectively. This publishing scheme became the model for Voya’s publishing since 2000, enabling it to output over 350% more fact sheets in less time — error-free — while saving hundreds of man-hours per year.

Supported internal business partners (client service, human resources, performance reporting, publishing, and the offices of the CEO and CFO) to implement client communications strategies, including slide presentations, white papers, fact sheets, trade advertisements, and conference materials.

Designed and produced collaterals for finance and information technology, while maintaining brand standards.

Co-managed the HealthWays Family Medical Centers web site.

Supported market-based initiatives for newspaper and journal ads, and direct marketing.

Developed employee recognition awards and messaging at the direction of the CEO.
