* Review the field testing results and order removal and substitution of substandard materials and/or work as required.

* Ensure that the construction work is accomplished in accordance with technical specifications.

* Identify construction delays and recommend to client the remedical measures to expedite the progress.

* Ensure the safety measures provided for the traffic and project work.
