Nature of Job Responsibilities and Duties Carried Out: Duties carried out in Human Resource Department @

Determine the strategies and plans to be used in order to deliver the most efficient result by investigating the trends in the recruitment and Manpower in the market, update recruitment Policies and procedures and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
Designed the most effective tools for the team members in recruiting and selecting the right Candidates in order to eliminate wrong hires that can result to extra cost.
Supervise the activities of the team members in the most efficient manner to attain the set goals on a time frame.
Ensured effectiveness of the screening process by obtaining 80% acceptance on the Job offers issued monthly
Ensured 90% passing rate obtained by new employees in the Probation Appraisal by end of the year.

Ensured all the details of new employees are recorded in Master database. To make sure that all personal files maintained properly, and all documents are intact in files.
Ensured all confidentiality of personal information.
Administrate the leave application system to ensure approval as per company policy.
Make sure that Leave salaries should be processed before proceeding for vacation.
Keep and Update the record of Leave Accrual and Balance, Providing Leave Travel Allowance provision for each employee by company.
Administrate Full and Final Settlement of resigned and terminated employees make sure on time payment to staff after final clearance papers are signed, ensure all Company issued assets are collected prior to payments.
Conduct exit interviews, probation confirmation of employees, receive employees request by mail and Fax, Etc.
Preparation of Business Trip and Vacation leave Forms.
Handling the Tamm Account for the company.
Handling the travels and coordinating with travel agent for companies booking.
Audit Travel Invoices before submitting to Finance department for payment.
Preparing deduction list of an Employees for Motor Insurance at the end of Policy.
Expertise in using SAP ERP HR module with all functionalities. C. Payroll Administration:
Supervise Entry of Salary and Perks Details of New Joiners in Master Database, Record claims of advances
(HRA, Cash Advance, and Leave Salary) for employee.
Administrate monthly provisions for leave, Airfare and gratuity. Providing payroll related information and assistance to all employees and management.
Administrate bonus and loan payment policies and subsequent deductions from salary.
All other support to management as required.

Addition, Deletion and Correction for Medical, Motor and Group Life Insurance.
Advises Supervisor and department heads concerning various risk, insurance and contractual matters.
Monitors all other Claims status with Insurance Company until settlement is complete.
Prepare and submits documentation in support of Medical and Motor Claims.
Reviews and analyze loss histories for a wide variety of exposure and recommends appropriate measures to minimize losses; compares loss histories to premium costs to determine if charges are appropriate and commensurate with exposure and loss history.
Reviews contracts and other agreements as applicable concerning appropriate Insurance language and requirement.

Supervise the team of Credit Cards and Personal Loan.
