In charge of 4 member team for Export/ Import booking and documentation.
Follow-up with shipping lines for Advance Load list and cargo Manifest, showing place of Delivery as Shaljiah railway station (ICD Baghdad).
Coordination with marketing team for import & export booking.
Prepare rail manifest and submit along with the covering letter and necessary documents to the railway authorities for rake booking.
Maintaining all import and Export documents like, rake summary, discharge/ load list, yard inventory, demurrage calculation and entire train summary.
Daily updation of container movements and reporting to head of the Dept.
All the data’s related with Export / Import and logistics, updating through AFSYS software.
Preparation and maintaining EIR, GATE IN / GATE OUT.

3) Position: Documentation Senior Executive(Import & Export) since 29 OCTOBER 2014 TO 29 JUNE 2015

Finalizing & Updating EDI to port.
Attending incoming customer’s inquiry in order to clear their requirement.
Handling correspondence (OBL surrendered, released instruction and elsewhere payments)
Maintain the file based on Inbound vessel/voyage.
Issuing DO to the customer by collecting related documents & payment confirmation from accounts.
Monitoring non-collecting DO for every week and send the reminder notices to consignee.
Submitting weekly Reefer report.
Monitoring MTY containers safe returned on within the free time.
Handling Unclear abandoned Cargo & submits monthly report to head office.
Handling all day to day correspondence received from various Load Port Agents Principals
