Successfully implemented SFDC for 450 global CRM users to accommodate the needs of two different business divisions: Fitch Ratings (relationship-based organization) and Fitch Solutions (sales organization) as well as integrated SFDC with 5 internal systems. This project was delivered on time and within the $800,000 budget.
Implemented Eloqua for Email Marketing and website visitor tracking; migrated eMail marketing operations to Exact Target and integrated with SFDC before Exact Target became Marketing Cloud

Brookfield Properties: Lead Microsoft Dynamics implementation for US and Canada CRM users. This implementation was the baseline used to plan a larger global roll out.
Citigroup – Global Transaction Services – Cash Management: Analyzed and designed improved client on-boarding procedures to make globally consistent and improve speed-to-market. Project reduced client on-boarding by 5 days resulting in earlier recognized revenue.
Citigroup – Citicards: Implemented digital marketing strategies for the acquisition of CitiBusiness and CitiProfessional credit card customers online. This entailed optimizing SEO performance; leveraging affiliate marketing and securing presence on Citibank and partner websites. Strategies resulted in a customer acquisition rate of 20% over sales forecasts.
JP Morgan Chase (2002-2007)
Vice President – Digital Marketing: Launched digital marketing programs for the acquisition of credit card customers online for JPMC’s Retail, Affinity, University and Military partners. Partners included: Starbucks, AARP, BP, AVON, AAFES and University of Maryland to name a few.
