The position was Operations Manager for a family owned business that includes 60+ business including 28 hotels, 8 restaurants, construction company and other satellite businesses.

Consolidated maintenance and construction teams to facilitate a more streamlined approach.

Implemented a computerized system to consolidate the work for all the businesses that improved maintenance response time, prioritized based on most critical to the business and lowered the overall cost.

I was able to implement, through consolidating teams and continuous improvement, a 21% reduction in maintenance costs.
