Assembled Americans first successful recruiting team known as Career Options (Independent Contractor). The teams greatest accomplishment was recruiting 30 basic Security Officer students in one week

Major accomplishments included; Establishing ASOA’s first state contract with the Texas Rehabilitation Commission and its first contract with the National Veterans Outreach Program. Also assisted with the design of ASOA’s first television commercial. And worked closely with the CEO, CFO and the current Contract Liaison Officer with the first proposal outline for ASOA’s Hospital Security Curriculum.
