Hawally, Kuwait, Kuwait City (+700 Employee / Labours) Reporting to the General Manager and performing the following duties:

- Drive the manpower planning process and ensure adherence to the manpower budgets and appropriate staffing level.

- Analyse job requirements and prepare job description.

- Manage Manpower planning, recruitment and selection processes.

- Managing interviewing, preparing contracts and sending offer packages.

- Implement and develop the performance management process required for the company.

- Implement, develop and manage policies, procedures and documents to support organizational effectiveness & achievement of company ‘s objectives.

- Ensuring compliance to HR policies and procedures and conduct HR Audits.
