Fidelity Health Care- Kettering, Ohio February, 2008 – Present

Systems Analyst, providing hardware and software I.T. support for 400 on site and remote users. Troubleshoot and rectify various server problems as well as assisting with the routine maintenance of all of the servers. Monitored and facilitated the backup routine of the network. Create new Active Directory accounts for new employees and initiate the paperwork required for other accounts to be created. Provided the employee with the hardware devices and training needed to perform their job function, such as creation of Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) accounts for reception of e-mails form the Blackberry smart phone. Also, assisted users in resolving issues while using VPN connectivity for transferring data remotely from field devices. Performed asset tracking of the company’s computers and laptops as well as cell phones and Blackberry’s. I also support and maintain a various mission critical application and web servers.

First Financial Bank –Middletown, Ohio February,2007-February,2008

First level support center technician for First Financial Bank in Middletown, Ohio. 1200 users in the tri-state area were supported by this first level helpdesk. 25 – 40 calls a day I would typically handle. Most calls involved resetting Active Directory passwords, restarting stalled AS400 printer queues for users at the bank’s branches. Assisted the end user resolve any software issues they were having at the teller stations. Also, instructed users on how to reset the print servers at the various branches when print functions failed. Any issues not solved by first level would be escalated to the 2nd level technicians in the facility.

Zero Chaos (EDS) April, 2005 - February, 2007

Desktop technician, contract position assigned to Delphi Corporation's Kettering, Ohio facility. My initial project was to manage the Dell laptop and workstation upgrade. Using a proprietary software migration tool provided by EDS, I was able to migrate software and data from the user’s old computer to the new laptop or desktop. Once done with the migration, I deployed the new device and updated the asset tracking system. After the migration project was completed, my contract was extended so I could support the EDS technicians with workstation deployment, hardware and software "break fix” efforts. Also provides assistance to the onsite network team in diagnosing of certain network connectivity issues involving printers or workstations.

Robert Half Technologies January, 2003 –December, 2004

Helpdesk agent, assigned to National City Mortgage 1st level helpdesk. Primary duties included phone support and initial problem ticket creation. I frequently assisted the end user with resetting network passwords. Also, assisted the end user with troubleshooting software and hardware issues either to resolution, or to gather additional information for escalation to 2nd level helpdesk agents.

In June of 2004, I transferred to National City's Windows XP Conversion Project. This project involved the migration of over 3000 workstations from Windows 2000 to Windows XP before December 31st. Working with a team of 5 other technicians, we were tasked with analyzing each department's unique PC configuration before migration, and charged with resolving any system issues that arose as a result of the migration with minimal downtime to the end user.

Field Service Technician, Diagnosed and repaired high-speed check processing equipment used in payment processing institutions. Banctec was also the onsite warranty provider for Dell, Compaq and Toshiba computer companies. I typically performed 4- 6 service calls a day. Ensuring that the customers issue was either resolved or a new service call scheduled before leaving the site.
