Responsibilities

Designing and build the infrastructure, Support Activities, RCA and On-Call based support.

Handling Incidents and Problem tickets across all the lifecycles of the server.

Handling Change Control Requests for production changes.

Handling Emergency Change control for addressing critical problems in run environment.

Experience in setting up High available environments to handle failures and load balanced configurations to meet performance requirements.
