Al Enma’a Real Estate Co– Kuwait (subsidiary of KFH) Kuwait 2000 – 2017 Head of IT Division

• Responsible of the production on IT strategy that will support the strategic directions and operational needs of the business.

• Responsible for annual IT budgets in conjunction with the Finance Director/CFO.

• Ensure the optimum use of corporate computer hardware and related peripherals.

• Develop appropriate service level agreements with all areas of the business and with external business partners as required.

• Manage external and internal IT services to ensure that the service levels and costs are maintained in line with the needs of the business.
