Project Exposure

Participated an expansion program to increase the Andhra Cements Ltd plant output from 3000TPD to 6000TPD and replacement of Allenbradely-3/10 PLC with SIEMENS S-7 going on and my responsibilities for this program are:

•Siemens PCS7 + Cemat V7.1.

•Study of Flow Sheet and P&I drawings.

•Study of Block Interlocking Diagrams.

•Cable scheduling & day-by-day project report.

•Erection of Weigh feeder, Solid Flow Meter & Belt Weigher of Trans weigh makes.

•Erection of CO2 purging system in Coal mill Bag house

•The expansion program for VRM (FLS ATOX-37.5), VRPM (AMCL 230-3) & RABH.

•Involving in commissioning of PLC SIEMENS S-7 and its programming.

•Erection of IO Panels, Optical fiber and Profi bus cable laying.

•Cable scheduling and preparation of IO list.

•Profibus communication establishment with field instruments.

•Network checking and commissioning.

•Installation, Commissioning and testing of Transweigh and schenck make Weigh Feeders and Belt Weigher.

•Installation, Commissioning and testing of Nucleic gauges for cyclones jam conditioning.

•Installation, Commissioning and testing of Kiln Gareth gear grease spray & Auxiliary thrust roller and also all field instruments

•In Rain Cements worked at RABH Project in replacement of kiln E.S.P,EEL-800 Packer replacement of L&T Mechanical Packer,Cooler FLS Crossbar cooler in replacement of Grade cooler.

•Presently working in Project with 4.1MW W.H.R.
