This process is triggered after receiving patient eligibility request (270 request) from Prescriber to POC. If the POC preference checks are satisfied, then Wiring HealthCare is triggered to retrieve OMS (Gap in Care) & RMS (Rational Med Service) alerts. These alerts are then formatted in vendor specific format and sent to physician.
