Experience:

I have worked at ECHS Polyclinic Patiala (A Central Govt Institute for Providing Medical Aid to Ex- Defense Personnel) as a Back Office Executive on ad-hoc basis since 20 Feb 2015 to 22 March 2019.(Temporary employment)

Total experience is 04 years above.

Job Responsibilities: Online Claim Uploading, accessing reports and other related queries using MIS Software, Maintenance of Patient Record, Official Letter Typing, Official Documentation in Excel and Word, Salary Calculation in Excel, Preparing Presentation briefing the functioning of institution in MS Power Point on the occasion of VIP Visit or an Inspection, Making Referral and Records of Referrals in Excel Sheet, Preparing Reports regarding referrals using Pivot Table in Excel, Also Managing Reception duty, Dispatching and Downloading official letters through Email, dealing with patients regarding their queries for the treatment procedure in the polyclinic. To record of issuance and receiving of med eqpts in ledger, to record issuance and receiving of stationary items in ledger. Also worked as dispensary clerk; the responsibilities: to record the stock received and daily expense of medicines in excel, perform stock taking of medicines on last working day of the month. Also performed duty of purchase executive: to collect quotations from different dealers in market for the concerned requirement by sending "calling for quotation" to concerned dealers.

Receiving quotations from dealers, then forwarding the quotations to higher authorities along with some official documents and after having sanctioned, to forward the supply order, to receive the product from the dealer along with bills and to forward the bills to higher authorities for payment along with some official documents.

Reason for Leaving the Job: That was a daily-wages job. Post was reserved for Ex-Serviceman. Every year post is published in newspaper. If no ex-serviceman applies then civilian is considered. Whenever any ex- serviceman applies, authority has to remove civilian employed for that post. The vacancy was published this year and an ex-serviceman applied. As I was temporary employee there, the authority posted the ex-serviceman for Clerk, consequently I had to leave the post for the Ex-Serviceman. Current Job: Recently I have joined LADM DAV Sr Sec Public, Budhlada as Fee Clerk cum Store In charge.

Reason for Leaving Job: Salary is not sufficient as per my working experience.

Strength:

I rate myself as an honest person with good communication skill, who believes in hard working with claim and positive attitude sincerely believes team spirit and achieve the desired target. I can adapt in any working environment which is even new from past working environment. I can get the things quickly if new things are required to be learnt for working in new place..
