With reference to the subject cited above, I am applying for the job positions of Assistant Professor Hotel Management. I have done M.A. English from Himachal Pradesh University Shimla H.P.). I have also done Diploma in Hotel Management & specialization diploma in food production.I have more than 15 years experience in teaching and hospitality industry. I have good command over teaching food production theory as well as practical subjects like cookery theory, larder, hygiene and nutrition, food costing and commodities, food science and nutrition, catering management, f & b service, food production operations etc. During the past years I taught degree and diploma students in various hotel management institutes.

As I meet all the requirements for this job like academic and professional qualifications and experience. Therefore kindly consider my profile/ candidature for this job. Presently I am working in Him Anchal Institute for Hotel Management, Hamirpur(H.P.). But they are now winding up their institute and moving to some other field that is why I am in need of change my job. I hope you will give me a chance to be a member of your team.
