Initiated Telehealth Clinical Tour change which saved our facility 1,040 hours of non-productive work time spread across 8 employees

Extensively traveled for the promotion of Telehealth to South Dakota State University, Dakota State University, University of South Dakota and majority of county Veteran Service Officers’ in efforts to educate local communities and retain patients in our healthcare system
